在flocking（植絨）過(guò)程中，等離子處理需要使得橡膠表面和黏膠能達(dá)到強(qiáng)大的粘結(jié)性能，而涂刮過(guò)程則需要噴霧（等離子體）來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的潤(rùn)濕性和最佳的黏合性能。
Profile TEC需要昂貴的引子，危險(xiǎn)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)或者粗糙的研磨刷，通過(guò)等離子處理仍能創(chuàng)造一個(gè)環(huán)保的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的制造過(guò)程，profile TEC適合用戶定制，導(dǎo)電固體橡膠處理，導(dǎo)電海綿等物質(zhì)。
Profile tec能配置單個(gè)或者多個(gè)噴頭，每個(gè)噴頭都可單獨(dú)調(diào)整，噴頭都可采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置或者客戶定制模式。
