Vacu lab是一個(gè)緊湊型的桌面處理系統(tǒng)，能提供所有測(cè)試參數(shù)以及小規(guī)模的實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)芰Α?/span>
Vacu lab所有的測(cè)試結(jié)果能輕松轉(zhuǎn)移到vacu TEC單元。
由于設(shè)計(jì)緊湊，非常容易移動(dòng)，而且可輕松測(cè)試大量的數(shù)據(jù)以及驗(yàn)證，甚至可以進(jìn)行小批量的生產(chǎn)，集成的proface面板很容易控制以及監(jiān)控所有的工藝參數(shù)。
Vaculab采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的陶瓷絕緣電極，可以確保測(cè)試單元可以轉(zhuǎn)移到更大規(guī)模的vacutec中去，整臺(tái)儀器采用帶鉸鏈的透明門，使得用戶可以觀看到整個(gè)處理過程。
